Preventing absenteeism

Employees who can perform their work well have an optimal balance between workload and their own workload capacity. When load and load capacity are not in balance, health risks arise that can harm both the employee and the employer. Something you naturally want to avoid.

Impartial and independent advice

Seeking early advice from a company doctor or practice support worker (POB) removes concerns and helps to solve (impending) medical bottlenecks in the best possible way. The company doctor and practice support officer (POB) have an impartial, independent and advisory role. The approach of a preventive consultation is open and aims to prevent absenteeism. With appropriate advice, the employee leaves the (digital) door.
